Project Management Services
Landscape designers rely on the skills of landscape architects, engineers and contractors to implement their ideas. In addition to structural implementation, services from these professionals are requested for earth-moving, grading, applying soil amendments, hardscape and plant installation. Several contractors can be employed on one project, requiring the designer to have a high degree of project management skills. Obtaining bids from suitable contractors, negotiating contracts, establishing a time schedule, and visiting the site to ensure work is carried out to specification on your behalf are examples of the project management services we offer.

We work independently of any particular contractor, ensuring that you always get the best person suited to your particular project. An hourly fee is charged for project management services.

Consultation Services
Waterwise Gardens, Inc. is available for on-site Consultation Services with contractors and other professionals upon request by the Client. This is a convenient service for clients who decide to manage a project on their own and become temporarily unavailable while the project is underway or simply want additional guidance. An hourly fee is charged for consultation services.
